Community 'Hero Forest' Tree Planting

  • Fullerton's Creek Conservation Park MacIntosh Dr Stratford, PE C1B 1K5 Canada (map)

Please join us as we continue to celebrate the Town of Stratford's 30th anniversary. Community members are encouraged to join us as we plant a section of Fullerton's Creek Conservation Park and watch a forest grow over the coming years. Our 'hero forest' is dedicated to all community heroes - past, present and future.

This project is funded by Trees for Life Canada. We thank them for their support!  We are also pleased to be supported by the Stratford Area Watershed Improvement Group at this event.

Please join us and help plant a tree (or more) on Tuesday, August 12 between 5 and 6:30pm. All are welcome, no experience necessary. We will have shovels available but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one (along with gloves if you want them or some water for yourself). Bring a friend, neighbour, family member or just come along yourself.
