Looking for a tree-rific reason to get outside this fall? Help green up King Township! Join us for some family-friendly fun planting native trees and shrubs in Bluff Trail. York Region residents will also have the chance to win native perennial flowers to plant in their own garden.  

LEAF events count toward secondary school volunteer hour requirements. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 

Planting event will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. 

Please wear: 

• Closed-toed shoes or boots – no sandals, please! 

• Gardening gloves, if you have them (we will have extras)  

• Appropriate clothing – the event runs rain or shine
