Southlake Health Foundation/Trees For Life Planting Event
Date: Friday, November 14, 2025
Time: 2PM to 5PM (Volunteers can arrive anytime between 1:45PM and 2PM)
Meeting Location: Southlake Village Building, 5th Floor, Meeting Room
Parking: Park in Southlake’s Main Visitor Parking (P3), adjacent to the main entrance. From there, proceed directly south to the Southlake Village building, centre building (Southlake) entrance where volunteers will gather in the building lobby (parking will be validated for volunteers).
What to wear:
- Weather appropriate outdoor clothing (we will plant in snow/rain).
- Close-toed boots or shoes
- Gardening gloves/work gloves if you have them (Southlake Foundation will have pairs available for those that don’t)
Additional Information:
- Warm refreshments and light snacks will be provided to volunteers, as well as tools/materials for tree planting.
- Volunteers are asked to sign all relevant forms via this website prior to arrival. For those bringing youth under 18 years of age (but at minimum 14 years of age), a guardian must sign and submit forms on their behalf.
